At the heart of our gutter system are patented carriers. These carriers are engineered with a unique design feature: when it encounters another carrier, the front part lifts, allowing the transport belt to pass underneath. This innovative mechanism completely disengages the carrier from the transport system, eliminating friction and minimizing wear. This approach offers two significant advantages. Firstly, by detaching all carriers from the belt, it becomes feasible to halt hundreds of carriers simultaneously, facilitating easy and efficient stopping. Secondly, it makes it possible to deploy long conveyors with just one drive unit. This not only enhances operational efficiency but also leads to a substantial reduction in costs.
